Conditions, Cancellations and Refunds for Conference Registration
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) and are subject to approval. If approved, refunds will be issued in accordance with the following schedule:
On or before August 30, 2026
100% refund less a $50 processing fee
August 31 – September 30, 2026
50% refund less a $50 processing fee
On or after September 31, 2026
No refunds issued

Hotel Room Cancellations
Hotel accommodation bookings and cancellations must be done directly with the hotel and will be in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy.
